It's easy to check how much your overseas call costs will be. You can do it before you leave the UK.

• Just text the word FROM, followed by the name of the country you're visiting e.g. FROM ITALY, to 4636.
• We'll work out how much it’s going to cost you to make and receive calls from there and how much to send texts.
• We'll then text you back with our findings.
• If there's a Vodafone preferred network in the country you're visiting, we'll tell you that too.

Whenever you can, try to connect to our preferred network as this will help keep your costs as low as possible.

If you text us from the UK, this service is completely free. If you're abroad, you'll be charged the relevant text rate for that country.
